The village of Monticello has the following recreational facilities:

Ted Stroebele Recreation Center

Meals-on-Wheels site
Meeting Place for Community Groups
Nutrition Site for Senior Meals

A permit for the use of the TSRC is available on this website, along with the rules and regulations for use.

The Ted Stroebele Recreation Center does not permit use for private parties. It is a meeting place for not-for-profit organizations and community groups.

DeHoyos Park

Park hours 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (or dusk if earlier)
Dogs must be on a leash and curbed
A noise ordinance is in effect
Groups of 15 or more people require a permit. Applications for permits are available on this website
Pavilion and barbecue pit for public use
Toddler playground & older age playground
Six tennis courts
Tennis lessons and leagues are available

A fee of $5/person/hour or permit is required to use the courts from July 1st through labor day, and weekends in June
Permit prices: Village resident up to 64 years old - $60 65 years + $20
Nonresidents up to 64 years old - $85 65 years + $50

Permits may be purchased from the Village Clerk - please bring a photo and identification

Dillon Park Pool

Open from July 4 through August 31
Open noon to 7 p.m.; every day whether permitting
Free admission

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult

Located behind the Ted Stroebele Recreation Center

The Parks and Recreation Department is funded by the Village of Monticello primarily for the use of his residents. In most cases non-residents may participate in recreational activities. They may pay a higher fee and preference is given to Village residents if a program has a limit on the number of participants.
